What To Expect

MiddleWay Billing & Service Agreement Information

Service Inquires will be reviewed in a timely fashion. MiddleWay Dietetic Consulting, LLC requires a contractual agreement upon starting any services.

 

We are a small business without significant profit margin, therefore MiddleWay follows a "pay before service" model where invoices will be paid ahead of time, prior to initiating services. The invoice reflects estimated billable hours required, after that point, additional invoices are adjusted accordingly to make up the difference in initial time estimates. All services available will be invoiced monthly or bi-weekly, at an hourly rate + 10% administrative/business fees. The entire hourly rate billed is given directly to the serving dietitian as compensation.

Mutual Service Expectations

MiddleWay Dietetic Consulting, LLC will provide the facility with the services of a qualified, therapeutic Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist. The dietitian's sole responsibility will be to provide consultation to the facility and residents therein. 

​

The facility will provide the dietitian with a suitable "office" space on-site to complete in-person tasks & required work. The facility will also provide means to communications and necessary materials and access to all software & hardware that is necessary for the dietitian to complete necessary duties. The facility will also provide the means of safety and security of above privileges. The dietitian will always act in good faith to keep all sensitive information safe & protected.

The above information should be reviewed prior to submitting a service inquiry. Upon contact with MiddleWay, it will be assumed that the perspective client has read & agrees to the MiddleWay Service Agreement Information & Mutual Expectations. More specific dietitian & facility expectations is available in The Service Agreement. This document should be reviewed thoroughly prior to signing a contract for services.
