Formed in 2023, MiddleWay Dietetic Consulting, LLC was formed in response to an increasing demand for reliable dietetic services in Rehabilitation and Long Term Care. The 2020 viral Pandemic drastically changed healthcare as we once knew it, ultimately affecting both the quality of care and the services available to our residents. Similarly, the field of dietetics has had a similar fate, with numerous dietitian training programs closing due to lack of resources, and many experienced clinicians leaving the field all together. Despite this, the employment need for dietitians is estimated to grow by 7% over the next 10 years, at a 'faster than average' rate for all occupations. The goal of MiddleWay Dietetic Consulting, LLC is to provide facilities with quality dietitians that they need, while providing dietitians with the compensation, resources, and flexability they deserve,  to incentivize the growth of the field. This is the only way to balance the future in store.

The MiddleWay view stems from a genuine love of seeing residents thrive. We offer facilities with experienced, compassionate dietitians to clients at a sustainable rate, rather than exploiting the dietitian demand for financial gains. It's a 'win-win...win' for the resident, client and dietitian.
